Here’s how to qualify:

• Refer three new patients to the practice within a calendar year. Each new patient must spend a non-discounted dollar amount on at least one service with Batson Chiropractic Group.
• Remain an active patient within our practice. This means that, per your doctor’s orders, you continue to schedule appointments no more than 90 days apart.

Note: Prizes are subject to change. Prizes for first and second referrals have approximate values of $25 and $50, respectively. The prize for the third referral has an approximate value of $50, in addition to VIP Membership. Some prizes may be substituted at the discretion of the practice. By request of the recipient, some prizes may be given to other persons at the discretion of the practice. Discounts are available as allowed by law and/or insurance policies. Free Spinal Decompression can be used as often as once per week and cannot roll over. VIP Membership is active upon confirmation of a paid appointment by the third new patient referral. DOT Physicals are considered to be half the value of another referral type. VIP Membership expires on December 31 of the calendar year during which it was earned.
