The 2015 Servant Leader Scholarship of $1,500 is awarded to a student of McGavock Comprehensive High School who demonstrates a passion for servant leadership, ambition, wellness, and integrity.

Batson Chiropractic Group looks for a student who demonstrates these qualities and others in his or her home, school, church, and local community, because, while physiological and mental health are both very important, so are emotional, social, and spiritual health.

This year’s recipient is Alexandra Jackson, a graduating senior and honor student of McGavock HS. Dr. Frank Batson presented the award on Thursday, May 14 following a ceremony for the top senior students in the school. He was assisted by Brooke Williamson, the 2014 recipient of the Servant Leader Scholarship.
